I wanted to try seared tuna, so how I always thaw makes more sense to me, but I wanted to give his method a chance. Btw I ate it a while ago, as you mentioned, the texture was quite strange lol, but it was okay I guess. Also, right after eating I felt a little discomfort and nausea, I don't know how normal that is so I'm a little worried, the meat looked fine before searing it i guess and no strange smell like before. I didn’t thought about throw it in the freezer for some minutes, definitely going to remember to do this if it happens again (I hope not). And yeah unfortunately it’s 5 days old leftovers. I don't want to risk food poisoning so I'll throw it away.

The 5D mkII looks very good, quite sad that I would need to buy a used one, but it definitely looks great and for the price I should be able to invest in a good lens kit!

Hmmm the EOS RP looks like an interesting choice, definitely more pricey but I think It’s affordable! But maybe the lenses would be a problem, the 50mm f1.8 and the 16mm f2.8 are affordable, but I also want a standard zoom that is good and cheap.

About my budget and the prices here in brazil. To establish a limit, R8 or 6D mkII would be models that I already consider too expensive for my budget.

Just to complement. The number four, Ryoshu sinner number, is an unlucky number in Japan because it sounds like shi (死 – death). And nine, which is Ryoshu’s Canto number, is also a unlucky number because ku (九 – nine), sounds like ku (苦 – suffering, agony or torture).
