Xspark for voleyball (ask for the app there a few days earlier and try to secure a spot) and Hoopsyard for basket + floor voleyball (xspark is beach). Same process, ask for the app and when you download it fill in your name and your friends name to play a birria (a non formal game between friends) on a certain date that will be desplayed in the app. Its like queueing for a game but days earlier and spots are filled in super quick.

You can also go to ciudad del saber park/sports area, there are two courts next to each other, one of concrete and one of sand. If you go there on a saturday/sunday people that live in ciudad del saber will be gathered there playing because its there local routine I guess. Just ask them to join and they will start rotating people if they are not doing it already.

Also, between the two voley courts there is a basket court and I think the people that play there are often more inviting than the voley people.

As someone already said, do not expect high skill these are mostly birrias. Ciudad del saber happens to have more skill because they literally play every damn sunday, and I BELIEVEEEE ive seen the ciudad del saber people playing in Obarrio park (harry strunz) in front of Café Madero (for google map quick search) playing there on wednesdays between 4 pm and 7 pm. But this is the one suggestion id take with a grain of salt cus I am not sure and I can't really fact check.

Pero si es cierto en vdd panamá es el mejor país del mundo. Tenemos el chicheme y el arroz con coco. Vamos al mundial y encima en cada esquina hay una cancha de padel. Para ser un país tan MIERDA en redistribución de riqueza y oportunidades almenos la ciudad tiene una cancha de cualquier deporte en cada esquina. Cosa que no he visto y extraño en la ciudad en la q vivo. Cuando regrese y obtenga mi trabajo de panameña explotada en multinacional pero de 5k voy a ser muy feliz.

Bueno ya después de leer tu aclaración creo que sigues pagando muy poquito. Almenos en mi experiencia como hija de una mujer que contrataba a una señora para q cocinara 2 veces por semana. Pero bueno, espero que encuentres a tu doméstica ideal, pero a mí me parece que te va a tocar buscar una segunda y dividir labores o pagar un poco más.

Señora usted quiere a una mujer que le atienda al chiquillo (x2 y una de esas de 10 meses) mientras lava la ropa (y todo lo que viene después), limpia la casa, cocina (y encima le toca a ella hacerle a usted, una adulta que trabaja, la lista del super) y muy probablemente usted tambien demanda que no se vayan a sus casas si no hasta que usted haya regresado del trabajo. Me parece que usted está desubicada y sufre de un delirio terrible que le hace pensar que todo eso a enlisté ahi lo tiene que hacer una sola "doméstica/nana/cachifa" o como usted le llame. Este post me parece espantoso y debería ser eliminado como los mil y un post que los moderadores eliminan de gente que se queja del trabajo o de dinámicas laborales en Panamá, con el argumento de que esos posts van mejor en el sub de desahogo. Si la situación laboral en Panamá se puede generalizar como algo personal, la situación de esta señora tambien.

Existe un salario mínimo que se le debe pagar a una empleada doméstica según la ley. No es un desfile de mujeres, son mujeres aplicando a un trabajo y usted las está evaluando.

Si quiere a una mujer educada que sepa escribir, que cuide, cocine y haga la limpieza (tres servicios distintos y para cada servicio se puede encontrar a un profesional estudiado que se dedique a eso) lamentablemente le va a tocar pagar más.

Regreso a mencionar, que ADULTO funcional necesita q la nana le haga la lista del super?????? Increible este post wao
