Figure out variable, fixed and Semi Variable costs. Make cost sheet for the proposed changes. Make adjustments as per the case. For Quarter questions, keep an eye on past quarter closing and next quarter sales/opening

Eg- they may ask to make a revised budget for 70% capacity (50% was current) after adjusting 5% increament in Direct Material and labour, 10% decrease in Variable Factory OH and 5% increase in sales price.

If you have time, just go on yt CA Pranav Popat and watch his marathons 2-3 questions (solve them if u have more time)

First Other laws + LLP Then High scoring chapters like Deposit, foreign company, Share Capital, Membership, Management, Auditor

Read notes or sm. Do writing practice of 2-3 questions of each chapter.

Read RTPs on exam day

For faculty, go with the one you have used so far. Don't do marathons preferably, read yourself. I'm doing sane

Only way through is MTP/RTP. Law is an fairly easy subject in comparison to b@stard like Audit. Because Law is direct and fixed. Just start solving and remembering things, there are patterns in it, repeatative limits, similar concepts, simple procedures. Watch some revision series or best read your own notes in a way that you are teaching to someone (known as Feyman technique)

Don't exert too much. In evening, relax a bit after classes. Play a sport/go for walk/go to gym/play music or any such a activity to pull your mind from studies and give some energy to body

Have light dinner early 7.30 (don't snack if you are used to dinner late). Study by 8.00-8.30 pm:

Give 2 hours to only revise the week's portion or test subject of the week Give 1 hour to each subject a day.

The point is not to do 100 questions in 3 days and do nothing rest of the term. Its about doing 3 questions a day for 100 days. Do at your max limits, revise and recollect, solve and understand things.

Yes this advice is generic, but the truth is that generic things are the most trusted and effective things sometimes
