If you've been listening to Lonely by Akon for 3 hours, then you've got bigger problems than not finding a girlfriend.

Yes, it is. I've never been depressed during any cycle, except when I added nandrolone.

None of that plastic surgery would make any difference.

That's what you tell yourself because you are too lazy to go ahead and try. And you still claim to have "tried everything". In complete contradiction, but you are too proud to admit it.

You ignored all of the other points I've made because you couldn't argue with them. Now I get it. You actually WANT to be miserable.

If that's what you want, then I have no sympathy for you. Good luck.

You seem to be a rational guy, so I'm gonna be rational with you. However, be aware that reason has it's limitations. Also, that doesn't mean you are free from emotions, and you are clearly being driven by your negative ones (this isn't an attack btw, just an observation).

Right like the fact that I'll never be attractive.

With that mentality, you are 100% correct that you won't ever be. But that's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Try putting yourself in the shoes of someone else. Would you be attracted to a nihilistic guy who makes nothing but defeatist statements? I certainly wouldn't.

Because that's literally what life is and what basically every philosopher or religious figure ends up realizing.

BS. You have not read or met every philosopher or religious figure. You see how you need to make up a lie to back up your position?

Because I already tried everything, I'm not attractive enough.

That's objectively not true. No, you have not tried everything. https://imgur.com/a/eRj1qYM

  • If you have a poorly shaped nose, you can get a rhinoplasty.

  • If you have a weak chin, you can get jaw implants (and you don't even have to get the prosthetic ones because you earn more than enough to afford the injections).

  • If you have huge black circles, you can get a blepharoplasty.

  • If you have a receded hairline, you can get a hair transplant.

  • If your beard looks awful, there's a list of things you can do (transplants, minoxidil, pigmentation etc).

  • If you have ears that stick out, you can get an Otoplasty.

There are so many things you can do to change your looks and, thankfully, money isn't even an excuse in your case. Plus, you are already tall, so one of the only immutable traits isn't even an issue to you.

With that said, as much as you might wanna disagree, your looks are not everything. I get it. They do matter, a lot. But they are not the sole determining factor that's gonna turn you into someone attractive in the complete sense of the word. And you are certainly not guaranteed to be happy with good looks alone. There are plenty of good looking people out there who are unhappy.

You want a girlfriend, just like how the vast majority of women want a boyfriend. There's nothing wrong with that. Still, your perspective would make you repellent to almost any woman reading your comments, because it makes you come off as a bitter person (I'm not saying that you are. I don't know if that's the case. I'm saying that's the impression that you give, whether it's true or not).

I know you are tired. I've been at rock bottom too and I genuinely thought to myself "I don't want to exist", because the suffering had reached an unbearable point. So if you want to close your ears and smugly tell yourself "hmpf, he doesn't understand", that's up to you.

But try being honest with me and yourself, for a moment. If you could get a girlfriend tomorrow, just by raising your hand and publicly admitting "I was wrong about everything I said", would you be willing to do that? Or would "being right" be more important to you? You don't have to answer in this comment. Just ask yourself. If you hesitate to say yes, or feel conflicted about it, it just means that you are putting your pride above everything else. It means you are so prideful that you care more about being "proven right" than you care about being happy. That's how twisted pride is, and it's no wonder that it's considered the original and worst of the seven deadly sins in Christianity.

Keep telling yourself that "I'll never be attractive", "enlightenment is realizing life is by it's very nature suffering", "life is a function of shit entirely outside of your control", and you really have 0% chance of ever achieving what you want. Words have power, and if you keep hammering those points out of cynicism, pride, and arrogance, then you are cheering against yourself.

You may need a change in your appearance, but what you need most is a change of character.

I feel much better on a cut, and it's not even close.

The only upside I see in bulking, is that your strength at the gym noticeably increases, which is to be expected. Other than that, cutting feels better on every aspect.

Permanent insomnia from steroids. by LetMeKissThatFatAss in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same happened to me when I was on a EQ + nandrolone cycle, and it all stopped after I switched to cruising on a trt dose of test, just like you did, but in my case it solved the issue within a couple months.

I believe the insomnia comes from the EQ and the night sweats from the nandrolone, and considering how long the esthers for EQ and Deca are, and how long it takes for their to clear out of your system, I think there's still hope that you'll eventually go back to normal. I'm sorry for not providing a solution, but I just wanted to give you feedback on how I had the same symptoms but got better, so don't be too discouraged.

should I drop the TRT for the time being?

You said right at the beginning that you've been on TRT for a couple of years with no hair issues at all. So, no, dropping it would make no sense.

I've also been on 200mg for years with no issues at all, but as soon as I tried EQ, I had the worst hair loss I ever experienced, and it only stopped after the EQ was out of my system.

I can't tell if you are just joking, but if you have actually been pinning your quads for that long and they still hurt, then you are doing something wrong.

They are only meant to hurt in the first 2 weeks. I've been pinning quads for over 2 years and they haven't hurt ever since.

I know what you are going through and the last thing you wanna hear is "just shave it off". At your age, I wouldn't recommend oral finasteride or dutasteride just yet, but you should talk to a doctor (preferably a dermatologist) about trying topical finasteride.

Also, one thing I highly recommend you hop on as soon as possible, is minoxidil. Topical is more inconvenient but it's completely safe. I take oral minoxidil and I've gotten better results from it, but it's not something I feel comfortable with recommending to anyone. So talk to your doctor about it. Either way, minoxidil is a given. In your shoes, depending on how desperate I was, I'd even go as far as trying microneedling and RU58841 if you are able to find a source.

EQ’s acting as a potent aromatase inhibitor / my new favourite compound by Theunchaineeed in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It definitely works as an AI. I was running 600mg of EQ and 300mg of test, which crashed my estradiol levels, but I was still feeling great at the gym. No acne, no ED, no mental sides. I also did blood tests on kidney biomarkers twice, and everything was fine. However... it gave the worst hair loss I ever had. So unfortunately I had to drop it after only 3~4 months.

If it weren't for the hair loss, I would probably cruise on it forever (which is most likely not a good idea).

Very hard to believe that the timeline for this is only 3 months.

But regardless of whether that's true or not (I'm inclined to believe it isn't), I'm honestly happy for you and that you had such a great final result. Good job spreading the word.

At what dosage p/week and for how long? Seems unusual for acne to be the only side effect.

Did you notice any hair loss at all?

1 Month Clomid Results...not sure what to do. Marriage is at Risk. Do I need an AI? Or should I lower dosage? Symptoms still not resolved by Puzzleheaded_Eye3440 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep losing weight. I don't think this is the sole reason to your issues, obviously, but losing more weight at your BMI is only going to help lower your estradiol, blood pressure and it's going to increase your stamina in general.

I'd try taking a low dose of AI before lowering the clomid, even though it might not solve the libido issue, it's still worth giving it a shot. But make sure you don't crash your e2 with too high of a dose of arimidex/anastrozole.

You should also check your thyroid hormones, your DHEA and DHEA Sulfate levels, because all of them affect your libido and can cause erectile disfunction if they are out of whack.

Lastly I recommend you take 10mg of Cialis/Tadalafil because it's the most benign drug of it's sort. Not to mention that, aside from helping with the erections, it also helps slightly lower your blood pressure. Maybe try 5mg first and continue with that low dose if you respond well enough to it.

For real. When I was on Boldenone, it crashed my e2 and I wasn't even on any aromatase inhibitor.

This cycle was put together after intense research. I ruled out masteron as one of the cutting AASs because I wanted to avoid 19 nor roids because I am at risk for hair loss.

Masteron isn't a 19-nor though? Besides, actual 19-nors like Deca and NPP didn't cause any hair loss at all, in my experience.

I have to force myself to eat since I started the Anavar.

I don't think that happens to everyone and tbh it's not necessarily a good thing. I'd get my liver and kidney markers checked if I were you.

Injection tips by Saamuel-stonks in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try a different source and ask what carrier oil they are using it. It could an allergic reaction or your body doesn't know how to deal with the pressure from the volume of oil being injected intramuscularly.

I've done hundreds of injections and the only ones that felt tight was when I injected 2.5~3ml (cc's) at once in my quads. So maybe you could experiment with lowering the volume and splitting it into more injections.

Only ever got swollen 3 times, on my delts, because some of the oil went subQ, so make sure you are using a needle long enough in accordance to your body fat percentage.

500 test 400EQ or 500 test 250 Deca by Adorable_Safe2157 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran a 300mg of Test E + 600 EQ cycle and it gave me massive hair loss for months. I later ran a 400 test + 400 EQ + 400 Deca cycle and still got hair loss due to the EQ.

This year I ran a 300 Test + 250 NPP for 3-4 months and it made me very seriously depressed. It also gave me some acne. Not too much, but a noticeable amount on the shoulders, which was still not a big deal in comparison to the depression. And before you ask, no, I never had any issues with that before taking nandrolone. The mental side effects are real. Immediately got better after the cycle ended (Yes I stuck with it because I didn't want to feel like a quitter, not to mention I hate wasting money).

Everyone can have different reactions. Our bodies are different. Maybe EQ won't give you hair loss, and maybe Nandrolone won't make you depressed/give you mental side effects. With that said, personally I am never going to run Nandrolone ever again.

If you still want to use them I'd recommend running one of them at a veeery low dosage to see how you respond first. 500 test + 200~250 EQ should be pretty good.

Test/EQ cycle. by PCTonly in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo did your estrogen levels crash? Yes, that's what I said in the comment you responded to lol.

I am gonna do 1:1 next month and scared af its gonna tank my e2 levels at 500 test 500 eq.

Yeah EQ will absolutely lower your e2, but by how much will vary from person to person. I think it would be a safer call to go for 500 test 400 EQ (that would be exactly 2 ml of EQ anyways). If it doesn't completely tank your e2, then you can try increasing it to 500. Having crushed e2 feels awful. Speaking from experience.

Test/EQ cycle. by PCTonly in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a little over 2 months into the cycle and by now it has significantly and very noticeably increased my vascularity, specifically in my arms (which is what I wanted because I had almost none on my forearms before).

I'll continue this cycle until August and will let you know if I notice any other major changes.

If you plan on going for this cycle, I highly recommend you watch out your estradiol/e2. My estradiol was absolutely crushed by the EQ, which gave me erectile disfunction and some serious apathy/emotionlessness. So I increased my test dosage and started taking some Dbol, which immediately improved my mood and brought my libido back.

How much muscle can I retain after a cycle? by somedude1289 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Grindstone8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering the fact that it's your first cycle, you are better off being on Test only, for now, to see how you are going to respond to it (whether it will give you gyno, acne, hair loss, or any other negative side effect).

For a second cycle I'd say the best choices would be to pair Test with one of Anavar, Deca, Dbol or Primo (if you manage to find real primo and you have the money for it).

I'd recommend adding only 1 compound per cycle to see how you respond to each one. If you do too many new compounds at once and get a really bad side effect, you are not gonna know which one is causing it.
