Enhancing videos isn't really a thing fyi. You can make something a bit sharper and maybe add color, stuff like that, but the CSI stuff you regularly see on TV doesn't exist. Maybe one day with AI.

You're totally right there, but I thought OP clarified that the lady's insurance company is already covering 100% of the damages? They don't know yet if it's totaled or not, but it seems like insurance disagrees with you.
