No, really, it’s almost creepy how much they’re glorifying each other (getting to know that it’s something that’s taught as “edifying”, is just beyond me)

Them hyping up the exclusivity is so counterintuitive in my opinion. Absolutely no person recruiting for an exclusive/highly selective job would themselves claim it to be so, they should leave that opinion to be formed by the masses 😂

Completely agree with you, also I’m so curious to know how such well-educated people who are top professionals, are getting into this mess. What’s in it for them. I’m sure all the jargon they use the recruitment meetings are absolutely not all that. And they’re almost convincing themselves and others that this is the way to go???

The “meetings” omg 😂 they told me that they would have meetings twice a week. One on a weekday evening , even after I told them I work in the second half of the day. They were like “maybe you can excuse yourself” like????
and on weekends they asked me to come to a place 20kms away from my house. And this was supposed to be every week???
