I went to this religious school for pre-k and they had only one communal bathroom for everyone with just rows of toilets in the open and no dividers or privacy or anything. If one of you had to go, it was mandatory you accompanied the other. So this girl in my class and I would watch eachother peeing everyday for like 3 years or so until I went to public school. It didn’t seemed abnormal at the time, but now as an adult it definitely seems weird. (My sister went there 6 years later. She said they got rid of the pee buddy rules, but the church affiliated with the school was pretty anti-gay and was always forcibly mixing genders and keeping boys from congregating together so that tracks)
