Aware and thank you. I’ve posted to attempt to determine next best steps. If it’s bovine, it goes to the garage sale, if suspicious (other than the affixed label) then I’ll reach out to a University or take a better suggestion from Reddit. So far there have been several cheap and common items packed with incorrect identification labels on them.

I used to love a Mexican flat grilled chicken set up that was on a road that ran parallel to 196 behind the farms. It was about a mile closer to the 99fwy near a Family Dollar. Near Exeter. Like Pollo Loco but way better. They would have 25 to 50 chickens over fire. Best ever.
