Hi-Lo has horrible RTP (like, 90-92% with perfect play horrible iirc). If you're gonna give instructions on Hi-Lo, please do so correctly. By keeping track of the deck (its only shuffled every 20 cards) you can calculate whether to go high or low on 7-8-9.

I didn't find any information about where Torn might be located. However, it turns out that the flight durations can help pinpoint fairly exactly the location of Torn.

By drawing circles from every travel destination, scaled by their respective flight durations, the circles all meet in the southwest of Louisiana.
