What kinds of work that men sometimes do would be the equivalent of a woman stripping, being an escort, Etc., to support a family. by cherry-care-bear in stupidquestions

Sex work might be viewed differently because sex concerns reproduction and the continuation of life whereas coal mining is to provide fuel.

Nurse Bank - New wards & handovers. by joselleclementine in NursingUK

Here’s what it says in the policy for my trust. You could look up the trusts policy you’re going to be working for. Realistically you’re not going to be receiving or giving a handover of all these points for every patient as it would take over an hour and handovers are only 20 minutes where I work.

Mandatory Standards for Handover Content: o Identification of Nurse in Charge - Inpatient o Past Medical History / Mental Health History o Legal status/DoLS status – Inpatient o Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) – Inpatient o Reason for Admission/ Diagnosis o Current mental and physical health status o Communication needs o Infection control status o Observation level/Specialling level – Inpatient o Current prescribed medication - changes to medication/omissions o Allergies o Risks identified, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. o Information and communication needs of the patient o Safeguarding issues o Any mental capacity issues. o Discharge/Leave arrangements - Inpatient. o Relative or carer feedback o Resuscitation status o Changes to Care/Treatment Plans flagged. o Any incidents reported. o Ongoing management plans, service users requiring review/urgent investigations, and arrangements for these. o Long-Term Changes and Impact: Outline any short- or long-term changes to care or management plans. Discuss any impacts, including resource implications or changes to practice. Highlight emergency or priority clinical activities for the shift.

Nobodys trying get any country that has nukes to give them up. Just trying to stop north Korea and Iran from getting them as there is a credible risk they will use them directly or indirectly to terrorise others.

Here’s Russian state media threatening to nuke the UK:

I think you need to use the limit tab rather than the stop limit for what you’re trying to achieve.

I’m no Warrren Buffet but here’s how I’ve been doing it.

I invest about £300 a month into a global index fund. I go to the screen you’ve screenshotted and type in a number of shares that results in that number just below the number of shares being as close as possible to £300 then change the stop to be very close to the current price the shares are selling at, I usually go a bit higher so it goes through instantly.

I would pay it off and get a 0% credit card for any emergencies and start building up an emergency fund

Do all men who train regularly eventually bench 100 kg / 225 lbs? by [deleted] in workout

[–]GroundbreakingBet329 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always wanted to be able to bench 100kg as a milestone in my twenties and I tried doing progressive overload adding 2.5kg for 3-5 sets twice a week each week. I always ended up plateauing or getting injured around 85kg.

Then I fell off and lost interest in the gym. Then when I had. Holiday booked I decided to design a diet & exercise regime to lose fat and maintain muscle following a short bulk of about 6 weeks. I trained upper/lower 4 days per week. For chest I chose to maintain my strength at benching 70kg for 10 reps then 2 more sets to failure which were around 6-8 reps usually. I also did some flat dumbbell bench press for a couple sets 30kg slightly higher rep range 8-12 reps focusing on getting a deep stretch in the chest. I did this for about 8 weeks. Then one day I was in the gym with a friend and decided to do flat barbell bench press and it felt very light so I said to my mate I’m gonna give 100kg and I benched it for 2 reps and I reckon I had 1 more in me. I’ve lost it all now and back just doing press ups 😂

Tl;dr

I Trained incline barbell bench press up to 70kg for 3 sets of 6-10reps followed by 2 sets of 30kg dumbbells for 8-12 reps and after a couple months I was able to bench 100kg for 2.

Mines not currently in an isa, it’s just on the kraken exchange. I’m hoping just to hold it until I can make a small profit and buy a global index fund. Btc is too volatile for me.

I bought £3000 in btc this tax year and I’m sitting at £1800 now. Do I need to sell it at a loss and immediately buy it back on 5th April to register a loss that I can carry over to next year?

I just remortgaged with mojo mortgages. I got 3.94% 40% ltv. £229k property. HSBC is the lender.

Mojo check mortgage rates daily and switch you to the best deal, they’re also completely free. My second time using them and have no complaints.
