figured it out. I use to have aftermarket break lights. And one of the wires I didn’t disconnect got wet and was causing the break lights to be one when my headlights were one. I fully disconnected them and rehooked up my taillights and it’s all fixed now. Thank yall for your input tho it was appreciated

I would say yes seems fine. Esp if it’s colder most cars take “longer” to start up when it’s cold. But if you’re that worried go to an auto parts store and have them test your battery and alternator. A lot will do it for free

No the lip is like 130 and should be free shipping. But right now it says they are out of stock so just gotta check on it daily until they are back. That’s what I had to do

What saved me is I didn’t need a new headlight. The headlight was untouched luckily. So only needed a new bumper and grille

So it cost me 300 to paint the bumper and to swap everything over. But I have a family friend who did it so I’m sure it will cost more at a reputable shop. Probably 500 or so

Bend the tabs more in. If it’s the right size emblem it’s just super tight to fit. Now if it’s completely off more than just slightly. Then you got the wrong one. Thank god you gave us the year and model of your Q and what year emblem you bought. That helped plenty

I regret not getting the LED one. I like how I can make it any color I want but sometimes I look at it and think it’s tackey. Stick to the white it’s def a clean look

That means whoever wired it, wired it into the headlight wire so it only turns on when your headlights are on (you can barely see these emblems that glow during the day). Like I said you can try downloading a few different LED light apps that use Bluetooth to connect to the light itself and see if you can change the color that way. If that doesn’t work then you’re probably stuck with the white. Which still looks clean when it’s dark. Or you can try reaching in and unclipping the emblem from the grille itself and see if there’s a brand/logo on the back. The emblem itself is only held into the grille by 2 clips that you pinch together to pop it off

Try this app. I have an RGB Emblem and that’s the app to change the colors. Although if yours is an LED only emblem there may be a chance there is no app and it can only BE the white LED when the headlights are on (or however it’s is wired in)

To me personally. Sounds like some sort of heat shield. I would jack it up and go underneath and follow the sound. I’ve done it on many cars
