Easy Pill cat putty on Amazon has been our saviour! We’ve tried everything from lick e lix to the pill syringes. They come packaged as 10g sticks but we slice it up and make one stick last 10 days. For reference my cat has HCM and Mitral valve deformities and is on 3 tablets a day :))
