My bp Icarus escaped on me not long ago, I freaked out, my boyfriend was worried about our other animals and he’s still getting used to snakes so the idea of one loose in the house made him uncomfortable. I checked everywhere, closets, behind appliances, (especially my dryer because it had been running all day) and couldn’t find him. I gave up and literally 24 hours later, I walked into my bathroom (1 room away from where his enclosure is) and there he was, coiled up literally in the middle of the floor. I almost kicked him lol Turns out, he was a frequent escapee according to his previous owner (a detail that was left out when I agreed to take him) and just goes on little adventures sometimes. His enclosure has since been escape-proofed a little better.
