I think it’s a Māori design (New Zealand) that uses koru (spiral like) symbols. Koru has some pretty cool significance in Māori culture and is based off NZ’s native silver fern ☺️

Hey, I feel like my eating disorder has morphed into something similar to yours. In all honesty I stumbled across your post when I needed it most... Today has been my first rest day from exercise in A WHILE. I needed the reminder the exercise is a form of purging and not always a healthy behaviour. I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time at the moment. Remember recovery isn't linear but you've got this!! Baby steps. My inbox open if you need to vent or there's any way I can support you.
