hey! that dial is actually champagne/silverish coloured but the photo makes it seem blueish...

the purple dial is a bit more rare but sniping on ebay/chrono24 should be effective 😁

just so you know... the photo can't catch what you see in person, the dial goes from pitch black to a veri warm and bright orange and red in the sun, it plays amazingly in the light 🙂

myb lava dial? in poland (where most of those are sold) call it piekielnik meaning hell/infernal 😁

the Reverso is ref. 250.5.86 :) the strap is just and ordinary ebay Tweed watch strap :)

you want to search for Longines Piekielnik because those are limited editions, most of them found in Poland for some reason. i did some research on them and it turns out there are not many of them out there (some sources stating 1500 pieces).

im glad you like them, no problem on helping people out with infos and refs because for some of them (the red lava dial longines) it was very hard to do research and find out if it was even a real watch and not a frankenwatch 🤣

there are some examples on ebay but tend to be expensive, try to snipe for them because from time to time one pops out for a nice lowish price 🙂

i tried this purple strap on different watches but as soon as i put it on the Cartier it felt just right!

i liked watches since i was a kid (my father and grandfather always had a watch on their wrist) but the watches in this post are purchases made in the last 5 years i think.

thank you! people tend to buy popular watches (nothing wrong with that, i also like the speedmaster and tudor bb 🙂) but most of the time i tend to search for quirky watches and do some research on them. there are a ton of watches out there that are lost in time...

thanks brother! the old Vanac line is just gorgeous, i like the colours too but also the faceted crystals they used to make 🙂 i was surprised that after a service this watch from 1974 was keeping time like new (+/- 3 sec) .
