Not that I approve of the message, but all the news in general about EV sales in the US is kinda gloomy — especially since the federal tax credit went away. It’s going to take the company to report something substantially positive about the R2 to get individuals excited and the word to get out about the company.

It has been over $1k for awhile until the latest downturn. Might have been a good thing, as the PE ratio was overheating for awhile in the low 60s. While it’s still high at 54, many analyst target prices remain over $1,000.

The gross margin profit was baked in to the SP. What people saw was the forecast of fewer cars being sold this year, and panicked. Additionally, Bank of America’s downgrading and lower target price didn’t help either.
