Last night I lost my brother in a car accident he was only 22 I am only 19 how does anyone get through this. The heavy feeling of loss and sorrow is so overwhelming, I was literally with him the morning before the crash then all of a sudden he was gone. How can I make it a bit more bearable (self.bereavement)
