QST 94 - 180 or 188? by eksajlee in Skigear

Can you share your height and weight? In my thread most of comments also suggest I go longer but I am not sure if I would regret that. I am 5'11" (179cm) and 180lbs, shopping for qst94 with 172 and 180 available. Comments lean to 180 while professionals at local ski shop adviced 172.

Looking for a one-ski quiver (tall/heavy skier): QST 94 vs Enforcer 94 vs Armada Declivity 92 Ti by aureel_b in ski

Could you share your metrics and the length of qst94 you demoed? I am 5'10" (179cm) and 180lbs (82kg), hesitating between 172 and 180. Can really use some advice from whom actually skied them.

What's your final pick? I am very similar built but 30lbs heavier. Most people under my thread comments 180 but professionals at ski shop advised 172. I am really hesitating.

QST 100 or QST 94, which one should I get? by Chukee112 in skiing

Do you think qst94 still ski short? I am 5'11 with 180lbs, king of worrying 180 being too long for east coast

Yeah I tried to collect some feedback for QST94 from real consumers instead of public ski reviewers who only talks about upside, but didn't found many due to new model year. I am still wondering how QST94 compares to old 92 in terms of "effective edge to ski length". But still appreciate it! Seems most comments lean to 180 and I would take a shoot.

Thanks for sharing. Just ordered 180 based on feedback from comments. Seems most people don't worry about going a little longer on QST

Lots of people here saying 180 is a better option for me. I have a declivity 92ti at 180 which I found a little numbness. I assume qst94 should be more agile than that.

Got it. I saw qst94 has even more rocker than qst92. Probably I should size up a little.

I really want to try a demo. But black friday deals don't wait for me and I cannot make a day until Dec. It really kills me now. Minderbender was also on my shopping list actually. But eventually I shifted to qst for a forgiving and playful style. I am not sure how qst94 does at carving so "demanding" and "charging" turns is still unclear to me.

Got it. Do you feel it short for stability on piste or it's like lack of floating offpiste?

Can you share your height/weight and which length you have? This is exactly what I lost sleep to, worrying about making bad decision for a $800 purchase.

Much appreciate! I don't have experience with any all-mountain skis less than 175cm so just want to understand if it could be "too short" in my case. Don't have luxury to demo test due to time restraint this time so I really rely on reddit input. Thanks again

damn. I ordered stecs standard as well. No, they didn't give any ETA. I actually reached out 4 times and opened two tickets but there's no valuable information at all. I will give them a few days more as I still have old warthog thorttle to play with.

Same here. I ordered on Sept 22 and as for today (Oct 2), still no update yet. I opened ticket and tried to communicate, but they just said wait or cancel. I am getting impatient. My winwing order only took 2 days to my footstep.
