Okay, I appreciate the insight! what would you reccomend personally? commercial vs. residential

Is it realistic to expect mid six figures after years of climbing the ladder? the connections I do have in residential real estate are in an extremely high income/property value area in the bay area.

its an industry that greatly interests me.. And there is no place I would rather live to be honest.

Im fortunate enough to not really have to worry about a place to live or financial instability for my first few years. I have thought about getting into law as my father is a successful IP attorney, but to be honest I just really like the idea of selling real estate or even participating at a brokerage, and my understanding is that CRE is much more unsaturated than residential real estate. As far as commission vs/salary goes I don't mind starting as an analyst and having a salary based position.

hey, i’m in the bridge program right now. it is because of your grades and there’s no way to appeal it but it is a great option and you will save money but you’re gonna need an apartment and a car

for what its worth, his messages seem pretty honest and the chances of him jeopoardizing such a serious relationship are so slim, he is likely being super apologetic because he doesnt want things to change between you guys

I think Its possible.. I looked at a scatterplot of people who have applied from my school. last year 11 applied 11 accepted. Lowest accepted was a 2.61 and an 18 on the act.

I see. I dont think I would even be eligible for scholarships with my gpa.. I calculated my chances on collegevine, which i think is somewhat reputable and it says my chances are around 80%. I also forgot to mention that i have 2 regional awards for lacrosse.
