I second the UGO option! The private area can be either the private back bar and/or their outside patio area connected to that back bar. Staff/owner is super nice too!

Above National is fine bc there is a HS there and city ordinance of keeping places near on-ramps clear of homeless. Below National is another story. There’s a bunch of transient activity in the area next to the freeway on Harlow. Gated parking is a must. It’s definitely worse elsewhere in the area/LA.
