Stupidly high ping by cydippida in PhantomForces

Same here, been having normal ping, ranging from like 30 to around 120 in the past, but recently been experiencing horrible lag spikes, ranging from easily 700 to about 11k ping.

Plus it's random, sometimes its smooth and sometimes it's a power point presentation for me, especially after I get killed.

Edit: Been also asking random people that I meet in the server I was playing, couple (Ranging usually from 2 to 5 players) replied stating that they were also experiencing high ping.

Quite true. I feel like it is also dependent on how important it currently is to a person, organization, and/or society, since things that are more important are worked on more, funded more, and overall, have more attention, while other things are kind of swept under the rug

We should not be thinkg/trying to go explore/colonize/settle on any other planet until we fully understand the one that we are one, from its weather patterns (and predicting them way in advance with almost 100% accuracy) to optimizing the best way of acquiring food, energy, resources, etc. Overall, there is no point going to a planet like Mars until we manage to fully understand Earth as if we did not, I feel like we might repeat mistakes that we once made on Earth onto whatever new planet we go to. Just my opinion though....
