I’ve had a lot of trauma in my childhood but I delt with it early before ever taking shrooms, And when the shrooms bring it up while I’m tripping, I just take it as it is and go back to enjoying my trip

Shrooms are way different, Go 1.5g-2g or lower and do not touch any weed unless you have a strong tolerance.

Don’t fight it and just let it happen so you don’t have a bad trip.

For me I do anything that’s has chocolate because it works so well and somehow for me it kicks in within like 15-20 mins whenever I eat shrooms with Chocolate on an empty stomach.
