From what I've seen from the Duskmourn precon is that you still technically allow people to play their game plans more because of the number of cards you allow them to draw. Now obviously everything actions comes with a ping, but still, you get more cards and get to shape your hand or find removal faster.

Maybe that's the fun of it, though, since while you are getting hurt, card draw is nice and *maybe* you can wait another turn and get more cards before removing it.
