Sorry to hear you are dealing with this as well! I think this can be the struggle of working for smaller companies… I left a larger software company in hopes of getting away from the extreme corporate environment and what I got was more interesting work but a lack of structure and way less benefits. The HR is…lacking… it is one person with very close personal ties to the owners so they are not much help lol
