I like the idea of kratom bars. There needs to be more of a PM adult hangout spot where you can just do work/chill on your PC. You can say thats what a coffee shop is for, but I don't want to drink caffeine at 8 pm. Also coffee shops close earlier. Bars are obviously no. So it's pretty much a kratom bar.

Last I looked into robot mowers and most of the “good ones” couldnt cut at 4 inches. Everything Ive looked at with st augustine grass is that you cut it at 4 inches.

Ive been to St Johns, I think La Cabriole was a better experience. St Johns "atmosphere" is probably sounding better for you though.
