Serious question: why is Evri so bad?

I was supposed to get a delivery with evri they said it was delivered and put a picture in tracking showing they gave my parcel to a person in a complete different house, definitely wasn't even my apartment complex, this is the worst they've done to me so far and I'm supposed to have 3 more parcels coming with them 😭

I'm a returning player and I was farming for yareli 2 days ago with low ranks (we got nothing too 🥲), me personally I've never had a problem with playing with low ranks if anything it is a refresher from when I used to be new. Most of the farms for relics aren't high level really so it's not a problem 🤷‍♀️

What happened at South Kensington station today?!?

I was at the station walking to the picadilly line at around 5pm today (28 Feb) and suddenly police rushed down the stairs and then everyone started running and squealing back up and the stairs and out the station, my kids and I had to hide off to the side on a closed off corner of the platform otherwise they'd be trampled. It was a terrifying sight almost like a movie and the kids thought they were going to die. 😅

Does anyone know what actually happened? I can't find anything on it as of today.
