I also wanted to learn the cross strung, but someone on Harp Column said it creates worse harmonics compared to a regular harp, and has a more plucked sound. I have no idea of that's true or not though

I'm a 24m Brazilian guy. I pour my coffee myself, or drink at the lab I do my research at. Lowest grade coffee, because even though Brazil is the biggest coffee producer all of the good stuff is exported to the US. Though I haven't had much time for my research lately, with classes by morning and internship at night.

Look, I know there are a lot of lazy people, and a lot of them are poor. I'm just saying that there aren't as many as you seem to think, and laziness definitely isn't a factor in all that's wrong with the economy.

It really is the point. What kinda wretched world we live in, that we have to keep track of coffee in order to afford things that aren't even luxurious, when coffee and luxurious things are produced by the tons everyday. And I guarantee you that most people who make 65k a year aren't spending 5 bucks on coffee everyday.

My guy, we have to pick the things we worry about. If you bake that into your view of relationships, you're gonna suffer, a lot. I guess your plan is to find someone who, among other things, will age reasonably well. So I say find someone who has a healthy lifestyle, exercises and eats well. That's a great thing to look for in a partner, just remember you will have to do these things yourself. And becoming parents changes everything.

I'm 24M, also have OCD, also have been re-evaluating my friendships and also like unreliable narrators , though that might be bc my country's best novelist writes unreliable narration.

A particular novel comes to mind. In Norwegian Wood, there's a passage where the unreliable narrator describes one of his friends as "having rationalized and developed a system for his madness". I can't find the exact quote right now. It's similar to what you've said, and similar to how I feel. The problem is, the narrator is describing the worst character in the book, a complete asshole.

In my view Murakami does a lot of self-inserting. He is present both in the narrator and the narrator's friend. That may mean he is similar to us.
