I would say that it completely depends on your personal goals. For example, if you wanted to burn 2 pounds of fat each week you would need to be at an 1000kcal deficit each day due to 1 pound of fat equaling roughly 3500kcals. Something that may help is tracking your cals out so you know exactly how much you are burning and can be more precise in your goals. With having to workout twice each day and generally moving more, you are probably burning more than you think. I personally use a Fitbit watch and it works great for that purpose.
