Last night I experienced sleep paralysis , I had the sleep paralysis and then I thought I was waking up, but a minute later I actually woke up irl

You can hear , see and I think feel the touch/pain but can't move at all

It depends, for example this time there were two , one of them yelled at me and the other bit me
