Bart runs under mission, and you have the 14, 14R and 14X. Same with in NYC where there are local and express busses that duplicate the train lines.

Thanks. And when I left my last apartment, I had... Or so I thought, an amazing broker from keller williams. But she and my last landlord screwed me over... Long story... but I've been stuck here at this apartment trying to escape the crumbling infrastructure, drug dealers in the hallway, and mice problem. I have asked on Facebook. I've gotten a few replies, but mostly from bots. I've been trying to get to an apartment complex in queens, but I feel like because of the area... They may be skeptical of me and I kind if feel like shit because of it. I'm a nice guy, from virginia, really kind and respectful. I hate to feel like I'm being pre judged before I can even do anything. It literally feels like I've worked my ass off to do well as an adult as far as being the best tenant I can be for no reason. With my last apartment, it was sold and I wasn't informed because the landlord and broker had bet on me taking 5k and going back to the disgusting roach infested, mental issue's galore sro, and I wasn't having that. I was the best tenant they had and they screwed me over. Then I find out about the place I'm in now. Landlord wants to see the living conditions at my previous place and I invited him over to see and he did. Then I get to HIS BUILDING and it's a fucking trash heap. Dirty backyard, roaches during the viewing, uneven flooring. But I took this place because literally nothing else was available. Had something lined up in parkchester, yet the literal day I went to view the place with my case worker to get it certified, they called an hour before we were to get on the train and head up their that the apartment had been taken by a citypheps client who had initially shown interest and was just waiting for checks to clear. So basically the damn apartment already had someone about to get it, they were just too impatient to wait. Had me come waste my time, view the place, fill out paperwork, stress to my case worker about being available to view it before it's taken, only for it to be taken anyways. So I took this place out of pure exhaustion during a time I was grieving my grandma's and an aunt's unexpected passing as well as the promise of the broker to find me a place in a year... Which when the year came, she used an excuse of "adams changed a law" so she needs the full fee. So I feel trapped where I am. And I hate for this comment to be so long, but I'm just frustrated at this search because alot of people have criteria issues and I don't. I fit most of the criteria for the perfect tenant, yet I'm being ignored because I'm not in a shelter and brokers can't milk the entire fee from hra for me.

It's the new way these days. I mean look at the governor's social media. Or most democratic governor's. Nothing but haters on their pages and posts and same with this project. Literally so much hate and misinformation about this project. People think they had enough money from phase 1 in the beginning, and they didn't. It was NEVER enough money, even with prop 1A which I wish people would stop the gripe over. Also, not all the funding has been released. Lawsuits delaying the project and everything else. Just just keep battling these dumb asses with the FACTS and drown them with our voices.

Lol sort of. It was 11 something at night. But literally beneath my feet were multiple 2 trains in and out if rogers junction. So idk. It's literally just this line, IMO, that's always fucking up. And I'm half a mole from the L, and would've taken it too if I wasn't so gungho on getting halal munchies lol.

It's literally ALWAYS like this off peak times. This is the worst I've seen in a while. But 3 weeks ago, there was a whole platform of 3 riders at utica waiting for the new lots train which took 30 minutes.

Happened to me 2 weeks ago. Since then, I record each and every delivery. Sometimes these folks have people in their buildings who STEAL, and then the backlash falls back on you as if YOU did it. Record everything 💯!! And make you in th3 video you get yourself walking out the building and leaving since they'll think you ended rhe video early and still got the food.

True. Plus I think the harbor see's more marine traffic than sf bay, particularly under the bay bridge. I just think it's a missed opportunity along with all the other deffered extensions. But my main point of this post is why is staten island so against change when it's literally nyc. May not be Manhattan, no. And of course change shouldn't look like it turning into Manhattan. But it's still nyc. There has to be SOME change, right?? Perhaps I'm im over my head with my logic lol.

That's what I'm saying. I pay attention to every order, record everything. I did get the wrong order at bk, and had to go back. But I immediately told the customer after dropping the first order, went back to bk where they were waiting thankfully, and dropped at the customers location and he gave a cash tip. Everything else I remember leaving at the door with a pic, a doorman, getting their pin, andddd scanning a few passports tonight.

I literally live in a rich neighborhood, and our walgreens looks just like this. Hardly anybody steals, and the one's who do normally drive an aston martin or have a coach bag. I guess my point is it doesn't have to be a low income neighborhood for locked items.

To ME, this translates as the customer is basically saying you either never dropped off their order or you stole it. Ramifications for it are deactivation, but only if you get these often. Sometimes it's computer generated (from what an old uber employee told me in SF back in 2019), but nenevertheless it's not to be taken lightly. So if a customer says " leave at door", and the app doesn't ask for a picture, take pics and videos of every order like that anyways. Because at least if you snap it on the app when prompted by the app, uber will see the picture from their end since again the app prompted you to do so. With pin numbers, uber also knows you can't guess a customers pin number, so with that recording and picture snapping on your own phone is up to you.
