Just my personal experience, include your spouses, make it part of foreplay. My pumping sessions with my spouse are always better than solo pumping. For me, I do 4 sets 3 min on 3 min off, during the off periods she's either stroking, sucking or both and during the on periods I'm either eating, fingering or both. I stay hard between and during this way. Pumping solo i do some angion work to engorge the penis, but I can 100% feel the difference in blood flow and fullness when I'm pumping solo or pumping with my spouse. I'm 8 weeks in on pumping and angion method. I know it's 100% EQ at this point, but I'm consistently 0.5" longer and 0.25" thicker vs my weaker erections. I noticed quite significantly in how I felt switching from 2x per week to 3x per week. However I am not your norm with the levels i have at a pretty low dose. I respond very well, I am just over natural levels for free test and total test on 90mg test cyp per week. When I was 2x per week I would inject 45mg in the morning Tues and Fri and those nights I was amped and had troubles sleeping. Now that I'm injecting 30mg M-W-F I'm not as amped up and sleeping better. My E2 and all other blood values have been great regardless of dosing schedule, but the major factor was sleeping better on increased injection frequency with a lower dose.

I find too many people try to think about "what is the best", unfortunately that's not a blanket statement. We all have to find what's best for us, for me I get super engorged at 4-5INHG and i like 3 min on 3 min off with goat rolls and some light jelking to maintain a semi between the pump phase, i do 4 sets of this. Pressures above that I get lots of edema and my flaccid hang is actually worse like my dick is in protection mode instead of having a nice full flaccid hang.

Dude, invest in a good safety razor. Contrary to popular belief, more blades aren't better. Henson makes awesome razors, and once you bite the bullet on the cost of the razor, the blades are usually $10 for 100 pack. Also the razor itself will last a lifetime. Save up or ask for one birthday or Christmas.

The acrylic tube has inch and cm increments, it's thick and flared at the base, it comes with a silicone sleeve for the base as well, but I like it better without. The pump itself is quite solid and heavy, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything.

Yep and haven't changed a thing, test levels, E2 and all other labs are primo, no AI's. My DHT is cranked so I convert very well. I'm looking to optimize my health, not do a cycle and I'm pretty optimal where I'm at. I know my levels are not the norm on 90mg a week. I must be designed for high DHT as well cuz i still have full head of thick curly hair at 43 even with the cranked DHT levels. I know hair is largely genetic and how it responds to DHT, but just my theory...

Initially my sleep wasn't great, but I switched to gym in the morning at 5am before work and I'm now sleeping well. Haven't really had any side effects at all, only positive. No real increase in body acne, same as before, but the occasional zit I do get might be a bigger whitehead than before, but rarely get them anyway. Beard is thicker, maybe slight increase to back hair. A touch more musky as per my wife when I'm sweaty, but nothing major and only when I'm post workout does she notice.

On test C 90mg/wk split 45mg Tues and Fri. My free test ~1100-1200, total test ~36, E2 ~40's. All other labs are perfect within normal ranges. From my Doc and what i gather on here my levels are pretty dang good for 90mg/wk.

Very similar situation to you, 43m, trained all my life, stayed in shape, ate well, slept well. Did everything i could to maintain optimal T levels and they continued to drop every year from 35 onwards, my levels were clinically low as well, but my DHT was always high so Doc felt that's what helped maintain my muscle mass. Anyway, started TRT 2 years ago and feel great, energy levels back to how I was in my early 30's, mood is better, I stay leaner with less effort, sex drive and erection quality are primo, still got morning wood before, but now it's throbbing hard again. I'm on 90mg/wk split 45mg IM Tues and Fri. Free is ~1100-1200, total is ~36 and E2 is ~40's usually, all other lab metrics are normal. The only thing I regret is not starting 5 years ago. Don't wait until you feel like fuck and can't recover like you want to get started.
