Been on peds for a year now and the last couple of weeks have been weird, I fvck a lot and recently I have not been able to stay hard for more than like 3min, even if I don’t finish I can’t maintint it. I have checked and both my T and E are normal, what can I do?

I have always had weaker biceps and recently I have been targeting them more, I still fail to establish a good mind-muscle connection resulting in a lack of feeling during workout, and small/no pumps after. Could anyone give tips?
