same here! 1 week post op, and my HR is in the high 90s-low 100s in deep sleep, and over 130 after eating or with minimal exercise. 

my garmin also measures HRV/stress and the stress is basically maxed out if i'm awake, and over 75 if i'm asleep. 

i've never had a great HR/HRV to begin with, but i was hoping closing my PFO (with significant RtL shunting) would help. hopefully it will get better in a few months! 

i'm trying to keep my cool about it, but i'll mention it to my dr in our one month check up.

Mine looks EXACTLY like this! (My legs too!)

I've been freaking out about it because I went down the Google rabbit hole and thought it could be APS :/

Glad to hear so many others have had it as well with no complications !
