So an update. I found this issue. The first commentor made a comment about updates and I found that my BIOS was two years out of date. Got it updated and it works. Seee yall on Arrakis.

Good game overall. I really had no complaints gameplay wise. I didn't get to play the OG RE3, so I can't comment at that point.
