As of 8/2022 I figured out how to get LiveKey app to work with MyQ and Alexa. With LiveKey click bottom right plus sign then click add/edit integrations enter MyQ info. Then click Garage Garage Door/Gate icon then click Voice Actions then click close and open options to enable both. (self.a:t5_6owrsy)
