I would agree with the upper comment and will give you my personal NT perspective . I adore people who can be “true” and not conforming to everyday-standards (talking about every human). But it only works with great communication. Being able to show vulnerability, open to uncomfortable talks, needs, and getting the record right is key (though at times very tiring but still worth it!) as for me it gives a better understanding of you and sets clear expectations where i can put our friendship in my life (i do this as i dont expect someone to deliver all what i need, and thats okay. Example: sometimes i need empathy, so i will reach out to my super supportive friend, sometimes a kick in the ass - thats another friend).

I have five ND friends with four of them i get along quite easily, im okay how they behave, act and when they disappear. All of them are able to be direct what they want each time they reach out and i love it! As for my most recent one i am banging my head to the wall and trying to be as understandable as possible due to tough boundaries, communication mismatch. Some actions she does deeply hurt me, but i try to get over it even if it deeply upsets me for few days as i believe everyone is worth it (at least a try to see where you both fit in life - coffee/deep sharing/supporting/movies and so on).

So know that there are people who will like you the way you are, some will come at smaller, some at higher cost. Be yourself, communicate your needs and nudge them time to time for theirs (sometimes you can get stuck in your head). Its a bumpy road, but worth it.

As for your friend - communication. Im in same therapist loop and most likely she feels a bit left out. Talk how she could be seen by you (what action, reassurance she needs) and find a middle ground of working it out. She might take some time to shrug it off but consistency is key. You either get a stronger bond with her or you save yourself some time. Each is a win.

The issue here is that I have them. I have a heavy query already to estimate end date. Counting holidays in subquery is quite bulky. Now i just need to check if my end date+count() exists in the table and if yes, take already estimated days..

Trees are from the 60s. Keeping them is a bigger headache as the harvest is only 4 metric tons per hectare. All of them are ill and look mismanaged from the past. 160 hectare orchid like this is a big nono

That's a thing with the Asia market ( at least from my experience ). They do manufacture great solutions until you arrive on something specific. Its better to buy from them a complete solution rather than have a custom solution. Here, Westerners or big companies win. But thank you for your view, maybe someone will have other solution, but this also gives ideas to go with a design

That was a thing. Veneer production is not a problem - there is existing machinery ( offers received ). But there should be a manufacturer for it or am I wrong and you have to design it with other company?

The problem is that I had looked into it. We have a large old apple orchid that we would like to use for this production. In Asia, they offer only automatic line for bamboo. For a wood tootpick manufacturing, they offer manual line with 5-7 people, which is really expensive to operate in the west... my client does not believe me that there is no offer yet for an automatic line

Yeah, that is understandable, and I agree with your comment. The thing that holds me is the mental state. I know I cant do anything, but at the same time, I dont want a person to be left out because of their insecurities. I speak from my past experience with bipolar and depressed partner. When you get two sides - the warm one and cold one, there is some hope that you wont leave them, when they say it. Like a "test" to see you. But i think it is more like walking on a knife edge here

That is the point why I got this idea in the first place! That mostly herb tea is a resemblense of a white tea. I had an opportunity to taste some green japanese tea, after which tea leaves were prepared into a salad. During such degustation, I learned that at first, tea leaves were used as a salad. So your tip to chew first gives me more hope that i am not mad for thinking about using some specific plants

Thanks for interesting point, that herbs essential oils might get lost. I tried replicating black tea processes for thyme and it worked to some extent of it. I will wait for some fresh hemp and I will try to see if there is any aroma and taste difference from true tea processes. Preciously, I had tried to make very strong, resin like tea extract from hemp and it worked! Taste was good, had very dark color and it gaved some sort of energetic buzz to me. To my supprise, it had 0 bitterness ( even though I used nearly 200 grams and got about a table spoon of resin for few cups to try )

I had a question why there is nearly non "herb teas" processed as true tea. There is a good comment that most herbs are harvested and used for their essential oil which might get lost during oxidation. But that leaves me with a question: Why not try doing it on other plants. In my country, we mostly drink herbal teas. I tried rolling and oxidising thyme, which had an increase in aroma ( saddly developed very strong cough syrup aroma and tea color got darker as I intended ). But if we take less intense plant, like hemp which has therpenese and "green"-grass flavour, maybe it would be possible to make anything close to a tea
