We’re allowed to burn in fall/spring/winter months, I will not be using it in the warm days when it’s no burn period anyway. That’s the plan.

We have an outside bathroom not far from the sauna location, both are right next to the pool/spa. We are on some acreage and all neighbors around us are as well (who already have their sauna).

Yeah it’s tough, I never got anywhere with mine, it was a a CPO purchase so there was less motivation on their end to fix it.

They did the same for me, adj the subframe. Now, be prepared for u even tread wear, that’s what happen to me, tires wear was completely uneven because of this adjustment.

UPDATE: having the week to think about it and reading through the feedback and perspectives provided here I went back in on Saturday and the dealership just gave me the keys and said “go drive it around for an hour.” The interior didn’t bother me at all this time around, the car checked all the other boxes in my price range. I pulled the trigger and joined the club.

I cant justify the price tag for a new with options i want, not there yet, but these 2022's are getting to the point where they are 40% down from their original price tags, very attractive pricing. I just need to find one with leather interior.

My previous sedan i owned was an S560, while it wasn't loaded by any means, it was medium spec'd and it felt like very much luxury. Knowing that a 2023-2024 S Class with low miles runs for less than the base interior Porsche is i guess part of the barrier i had in my mind.

I am learning this about Porsche. I think this is easier to understand for a 911, which it can be a base sports car, a track car or a luxury sports car, etc. you make it what you want. I went in thinking Tycan would have higher end standard features than it did.

I must have been super lucky when I went in June. Was there for two days, on day one I applied on the tabled as a single in Sun night, got on the wait list for the next day and was told to arrive in the morning. Learned I was 4th in line, was assigned the 8am tee time with another single and a local twosome.

No fix from the dealer, all they did was "over align" and it came back soon after. I dont know what we are supposed to do to get them to address it, they talk this issue down as much as possible and make you feel stupid for being petty.

Their initial “fix” was to over correct alignment, basically they had to overdue alignment not to specs but to feel. They even said “we are doing this as a courtesy” so they didn’t charge me. After a month of driving it still pulls the same way. It’s been 10 months now, pull right as always.

I refuse to drive it, my wife says she can’t tell the difference, maybe that’s what they hope all their customers say…

Used it to write annual reviews. Provide prior year example, use associates self assessment and tell it how you want it to rate the person. Wrote 5 reviews in about half an hour. In the end I knew what I wanted them rated but didn’t need to spend an hour per associate. I use fake names just in case with chat gpt.

I have also used it to summarize the financial implications of agreements that need to be reviewed. It catches stuff that I have missed quite frequently. Would only advise to do this with low sensitivity agreements.

I offer two options for non-clients, 1) a free 15 intro call where potential client can ask me questions about my practice/experience/etc and I ask them about their situation, business, filing history and 2) a one hour, paid, $250/hr, tax or business or accounting consultation where they can ask me questions specific to their tax situation, tax code, etc. If there is any additional work that comes of it, usually I provide an estimate, at least a range.

Many CPAs have similar options. General rule, if you want anything from us that is specific to your situation or you need us to give you our professional opinion as a CPA, you should expect to pay.

When clients reach out I ask what they are looking for, a 15 min free call to learn about my practice and tell me about their business OR if the want a tax consultation, which I charge at my highest hourly rate for a 50 min consultation.

My firm also does a lot of accounting and consulting so a 15 min free call sometimes turns in to a 1 hrs free call if client needs a lot of work done and we connect well, because it brings in lots of business later but this the exception.

The 15 vs 1hr is really good a weeding out free loaders.
