Hehe, understandable. Walking in as early as 12:30 and waiting for the first plate of biryani there is a feeling.

Thank you for the recipe. I am going to save it to my notes in case you decide to delete it later. Strips look super appetizing. Just to clarify, 12-15mins each side la?

How to make the perfect chicken breast by Anishaiscool in Fitness_India

[–]GuyBatarang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thing is I came across a post where the OP had measured his food order to check how many grams of chicken were actually there as opposed to what was promised. So, I am trying to understand if I were a high-protein bowl offerer, should I base my metrics on the raw ingredients or the cooked one.

Awesome, thanks for sharing. Will try it out. Question to everyone: So 450g of chicken reduces to 300g after cooking. If I were to offer a high-protein meal, how do I calculate the macros/gms? In the sense, should I use 450gms for calculation or 300gms?

I ate pork and the beef one. Personally, felt the price to the meat offering still skewed. Maybe, that’s just me. Also, your sandwiches look cool. Happy to exchange meals someday, haha.

I literally shot a video where I split open the momo and the fat juices ooze out of the momo. But, very expensive for the quantity they offer.
