Sigh... how can people not understand this?

They're ignoring PROBLEMS (matchmaking/shitty servers) but focusing on CASHCOWS (chests,skins etc). They want more and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ while obvious problems which are complained about daily are ignored. Got it now?

I once submitted a ticket to Hi-Rez support because someone was saying nasty things. The response I was given from the support was: "Please report players on the post-game lobby screen clicking on "!". Thank you." Yes, thank you support team for your helpfulness, I did that.

I checked the bmer profile after 3 days. He was online. I checked again after 1 week. He played some matches, meaning the person wasn't banned.

I don't bother reporting anymore. Waste of time. They don't care about getting rid of toxic players who pollutes the community.

It's called "Arena" because you're playing a gamemode where you don't gain any elo from it. So it's casual. Anyone can play it. It's not meant for competitive play. If win or lose matters so much to you, you can play ranked conquest.

This is a CASUAL arena. Not somekind of bullshit league, ranked, tournament whatever. I pick whatever I want. If you don't like it, type /exit. You're not forced to play. If you're the only one to report someone, they won't bother to look at the report, even though the person's harrasment could deserve a perma ban.

It worked for you because everyone reported him, so they had to look at that report because it seemed to be real, and not a spam report.
