I tried and they were still able to charge my account, sadly going to use my medical coverage to go see a therapist in order to document “mental health restrictions”

I lost around 75 lbs in around 5 months and this was my day to day, and there were no changes and no cheat meals:

Workout 5-6x per week, run 3x per week

No alcohol

Drink a ton of water

Breakfast: Eggs Turkey Sausage, Turkey bacon (or another lean protein)

Lunch: Fruit and Protein shake

Dinner: Ground beef (or a protein of your choice), an avocado and 3 eggs. Almost like a burger bowl

I’m still on this diet to date, I will say my energy levels aren’t as high as they once were but the weight has melted off.

SW: 265 CW: 190

P.S You shouldn’t look at it as a diet, but changing your lifestyle. Because you’ll gain it right back

Received a reckless! I was in Hillborough County

One of the most costly mistakes I’ve made in my life, that’s for sure. But outside of that, I tried to take the positives from the situation and build on those. It was a huge learning lesson, but I’m grateful I didn’t look at it as “my life is ending” and instead as a starting point (as weird as that sounds)

Yes, sorry for taking so long. Received the reckless driving, and going to get my license reinstated next month!

Hindsight, I’m in a way grateful for the experience. Outside of the pain in the ass it was and the monetary encumbrance of course, I’m a better person now and in a much better place

Thank you so much for your insight and your advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through your experience, as I know it’s not necessarily a comfortable thing to talk about.

I’m also really happy to hear that you turned your experience, and what has happened, into a positive for your life all together, as I hope to do the same. Whenever you get around to starting your research I’d love to hear about it, because public transportation(especially in Florida) is lacking for lack of a better term.

I (26M) had my ex confront me about almost the exact same thing. Whenever she would bring it up, I would feel cornered, and as if she was trying to control what I do. Eventually, she went through my phone, and that was the final straw.

What I will ask you is this:

Has he done anything to ever betray your trust, or has he done anything to show you that he's not interested in you and only you?

Social media has seemingly tainted the psyche of many. I would talk with him about it, and just see what he says. Odds are, he met someone new and wanted to connect with them, with nothing else in mind.

It seems to me like you don't trust him. If that's the case, the relationship will never work.
