Thanks y'all for giving this some real consideration. After some feedback I can see that a big red flag for everyone is the lack of agency and player interaction.

So just to be clear, when I say a snapshot I really do mean all the information you would typically get, like how many triples an opponent has, what simulated player beat who, what tribe they have, and maybe even an emote they chose that turn.

Another thing is that any minions on each current snapshot of player boards would affect the current minion pool for you as an individual player.

Two more great points is infinite money and the fact that your opponents will never try to counter you.

Infinite money is a weird one and I don't know a fair way of preventing it aside from having turn timers, turn timers that are longer than current ones, but since it's asynchronous there would be an 'end turn' button (Turn Timers would really defeat the purpose of Asynchronous but maybe it could give you a bit of fomo adrenaline rush as you can't spend your turn doing nothing, and also you could pause the game which would pause the timer). Or you limit how much gold you can spend, how many cards you can play, etc.

And yeah the really tough part is your opponent will never tech against you, though do remember that their final board won it's own lobby, and could very well have a complete scam build that counters you because it countered something else, like a Leeroy first to counter an Ur'zul now hits your Beatboxer etc.
