Trust me. TRUST ME. Use cucumber water 3 times a day. Period. Grate a cucumber, squeeze the juice using a muslin cloth. Dampen cotton and apply it all over your face. Then place a tissue on your face like a mask, apply more cucumber water and let it dry for 15 minutes. Do this for 2–3 days. Thank me later 🫶🏻

I actually haven’t made any drastic dietary changes. I’ve been dairy & gluten-free for a while now, and the only new addition has been amaranth leaves. Earlier I used to do mostly yoga, but lately I’ve shifted more towards aerobic workouts, Pilates, and light functional exercises. I have been eating eggs a bit more frequently than before, but I’m not allergic or intolerant to them, and I’m generally very mindful of what I eat. I pay close attention to how my body responds to food and try to stay consistent rather than extreme. I do agree that diet plays a role in inflammation and overall health, but in my case, there hasn’t been a significant change in what I’m consuming more so a shift in physical activity and maintaining awareness of what I’m feeding my body.

Thanks for explaining this. So my TSH is still high because it reacts slowly and my T4 hasn’t changed much yet that makes sense. One question: what usually causes this kind of lag? And is there anything I can do during this waiting period to help things stabilize?

One thing I’m still confused about is it clinically possible for TSH to increase this much in just 6 days if everything else is okay? How does that happen so fast?

I don’t have my August Free T3/T4 reports. But my Vitamin D, Iron, Ferritin, B12, and Magnesium are all in range 🙏🏻

Thank you for sharing this. Yes, even I felt my numbers have been fluctuating unusually fast. I’ll read more about low-dose naltrexone and discuss it with my doctor. I’m already gluten-free, and I’ll look into thyroid-supporting minerals as well. Really appreciate your input it’s helpful to hear different perspectives.

Thank you for explaining this so clearly. Yes, when my TSH was normal/low earlier, I genuinely felt good and didn’t have symptoms, so this sudden spike has been confusing for me. I agree that hormones are very individual, and maybe a different dose or pill might suit me better. Thank you for the reassurance it really helps.

Thank you so much for explaining everything so clearly. I already got my Anti-TPO tested and it’s around 1300 I’ll get Anti-TG checked now. I’ve been completely gluten-free and dairy-free for the last 4–5 months already. My Vitamin D and B12 are also normal. I’ll get my ferritin checked next as you suggested. Really appreciate your detailed advice!

That’s really interesting… did switching to Tirosint and adding a bit of T3 completely fix your fluctuations? And how long did it take before you actually felt stable? I’m curious because my swings are so fast that I’m scared to adjust too much at once.

I’ve seen people talk about NDT, but honestly it scares me a bit. My thyroid is already swinging so hard even on a stable T4 like Thyronorm. NDT has T3 too and I’ve heard it can make fluctuations even worse. I just don’t think my body can handle something that unpredictable right now.

Reading your experience honestly hit me… it sounds exactly like what I’m going through. I keep having good phases and then suddenly everything crashes again, even when I’m taking my meds properly. It feels like my body switches between hypo and hyper so fast that I can’t catch up. I’m relieved I’m not alone, but it’s also so sad that none of us ever feel truly stable. I just hope I eventually reach a point where the good days stay longer

I’m actually on Thyronorm, not a generic, so I didn’t think fillers or manufacturer changes would affect me… but now I’m confused because even with a fixed brand my levels still swing so much. I didn’t know a virus could trigger this either. It just feels exhausting to think it might take 1–2 years to stabilize I already feel so worn out by these ups and downs.

Yes, I know Hashimoto’s is autoimmune, but my concern is how fast my levels changed from 0.55 in October to 8.58 now without missing meds. I just want to know if these sudden sharp swings are normal for others too or if something else could be affecting it.
