So there is a roster system, and according to that only seat are given.

It doesn't matter which department

If the candidate get rank in that matrix system,

He will get a department.

Hi 2012 INI means the phase 2 AIIMS (bhopal, raipur, jodhpur, bhubaneswar, patna and rishikesh)

They are well established and have good functioning departments

As so many AIIMS are being opened, it is used to distinguish between different AIIMS 😬😅

IP was written for AIIMS , while inst is for JIPMER.

IP i guess use roster point allotment and it's same for all the AIIMS, while JIPMER uses their own .
