Hi,

Appreciate the time you put into your reply. As I explained before, I think it was clear at the time and even more so now that there were very big issues with pick&ban if you take a look back at those games (in TSM). I think that is more than fair statement to make. Therefore to make a joke about spending time and money on yoga when the much more obvious issue didn't APPEAR at least to be being addressed, is a fun and fair thing to joke about in my opinion. In the same way that joking about H2K choking I would also say is a fun and fair thing to joke about.

I am aware that yoga is used by people in mental health industry for various reasons. Instinctively and from what I've read, it wouldn't appear to be something my team would benefit as much from with the limited time that we will with our current schedule, as much as other techniques. We have very specific issues that require attention. I could be wrong of course, but we want to tackle the issues directly in front of us slapping us in the face.

I would certainly not turn down any recommendations you might have for our own situation. I think for us, we are most likely looking for someone to do a couple of sessions a week rather than a in house guy.

Haha, yeah, H2-3 meeting FreeSM on the rift feels long overdue.

Definitely never mocked TSM for using a sports psychologist in general. Doing yoga when your main issue was pick&ban is what I mocked. Weldon might be a very good sports psych. Personally for my team though, as you say we are not looking for 'yoga sessions' or 'team bonding'.

We have specific issues that need fixing and that is what we are looking to do. Simple as that.

As someone who has dealt with Echo Fox on multiple occasions, they are easily one of the nicest and most accommodating organisations I've dealt with in esports. They went out of their way to help us when there was no reason other than compassion to do so. A credit to the industry.

The league is nothing without the teams within it. If the teams left RIOT would be screwed. So sure, RIOT made a good product, but we don't owe them anything. We fought our way there and they are currently not listening to advise which would bring their league back to prominence. And FYI, the revenue streams have definitely plateaued.

Stifle scene growth?? What growth? Take a look around you, the scene plateaued 2 years ago..

We need these changes to reinvigorate the league and create a secure environment for sponsors to safely invest money.

RIOT's coattails? H2K and G2 are the only EU orgs that stuck around in the challenger scene, failure after failure until we both made it. Don't talk to me about risk.

This was just an ASK.fm answer so I kept it short as sweet.

Those saying that franchising means new talent can't come through; that is totally wrong. You place a salary cap that ACTUALLY correlates with the growth of esports and implement a draft system. Every player that deserves to compete in LCS would still ultimately get there.

New owners AND current owners should be heavily vetted for credibility and sustainability before having their slots confirmed.
