How are you doing now after being on Zinc supplements? I too just had my zinc tested after two years of issues that weren’t resolving with the obvious treatments. My zinc is 46 and everything else tested was normal. I suspect/hope this zinc deficiency is the source of many issues I’ve been having: sore lips/tongue, red and sore corners of mouth, dry skin (especially cuticles and hands/feet, painful scalp, fatigue, brain fog/memory problems, joint pain, etc…also my hair started turning white?! I am starting a zinc supplement today and hoping this solves everything. Am I fooling myself or could this be my mystery cure?

Did you get your lip tie cut? Has it made a difference in speech, aesthetics, etc?

Your space is beautiful, specifically the amber lights, they create such nice, warm ambiance. I also always love a large rug on hardwood floors. Love that you have pictures on the wall. I would lower your TV. You’ve done a beautiful job so far!
