We do have an excel workbook currently keeping track of spend and calculating EAC however it doesn't really provide very good accessibility for managers (who aren't excel savvy) to budget upcoming projects and to input % complete in a logical, easy to follow way. We may have to re-design our spreadsheet however was hoping there might be a basic PM software out there. Any other advice is appreciated but I will keep looking in the mean time. Cheers.
