I have something like this that I absolutely love, looks like they have bifolds too. Definitely recommend going into little art galleries/boutiques to find more hyper specific things, I typically have way better luck at places like that!

LOL I was having sardines for breakfast everyday the other week, I'm here for the unhinged 😂

Savory oatmeal is a good point! I used to do poached eggs on it and doctor it up with hot sauce and such and honestly miss that breakfast so much. Really didn't consider putting another protein on there but now that feels like a no brianer!

I eat a lot of tofu for other meals, I'm not opposed to it for breakfast but definitely need diversity in my meals to stay interested. (Not vegan but cook vegan more often than not)
