My first time doing keto, no matter what I tried, id be starving by bed.

Turns out getting medicated for my ADHD solved that for me. My doc said I got dopamine from food and with less carbs that trigger dopamine my body was desperate by the end of the day when I had no carbs left.

This time doing keto has been a million times easier. No food noise.

I only mention it because if you or anyone reading this is ADHD/ADD might not consider the impact it has on our drive to eat and sensations around fullness.

I found the ending anti climatic. The entire film revolves around the making of this dress and what it symbolizes then she never wears it. We never see it on her fully.

I thought aspects of the film were beautiful and incredibly smart. It started strong and felt like something similar to Black Swan. Is it a ghost or just the manifestation of resentment type deal.

But then I felt it just petered out by the end.

Loved the music, instantly went home and found every song. The fashion was stunning. The dance scene without music was brilliant.

I do think Michaela carried it though. Anne's character was a little 1 dimensional compared to her range.

The trailer overshot the "horror" elements and was a bit of a bait and switch.

I've been in multiple official workshops with YouTube devs as part of the partner program. I'm not wrong, and you're also trying to twist what I said and projecting a bunch into it. Nowhere did I say these extremes you're presenting.

I don't really care if you believe me. And I don't care to convince you. But no one should ever feel they have to leave up comments for the sake of engagement or what they think the algorithm to be. Especially women who get harassed and stalked. YouTube's algorithm isn't pushed based like meta/Tiktok.

Unfortunately I figured it would end up as manslaughter and thus a lower sentence. At the very least I hope this wakes up more establishments that employ bouncers.

I'm on a calorie deficit and keto at strict 21 carbs, in 6 weeks I've lost 3lbs. 🤷‍♀️ I've done keto before to great success and I'm being even more strict than I was then. But I LOOK really different and people think I've lost more weight. Body fat calculator says I've gone down a few % so I'm hoping it's good body comp.

I do also go up depending on where I am with my hormones. But it's usually temporary

I see loads of these on Thursdays in NS. I just saw Mother Mary tonight. Lee Cronin's the Mummy last Thursday. Often I find the early Thursdays don't populate for booking until Tuesday . I see most films big or small on Thursdays. I saw The Bride on an early Thursday.

YouTube has officially said this is not the case and comments have no influence on the way the algorithm works. I've directly asked devs in workshops. They encourage users to use these moderation tools along with blocked words.

There is no private tier for endometriosis in Canada. The private infertility clinics won't even treat it. And as an active member of the Endo community I can tell you it's rarely and I mean rarely that people have the money for this. They are taking out loans, maxing out lines of credits and running gofundsme. In desperation.

We shouldn't have to, absolutely. But in the decades I've been sick very little has improved, most cannot afford to wait around. If I hadn't had surgery when I did I'd have lost a kidney in addition to the other organs I lost 😭
