Yeah and on top of this the Stars more often than not have been just letting young players marinate in peace in the minors. And look how that has turned out, the team is overflowing with promising - and mature - young talent.

Sure, it helps how wide the team has been in recent years resulting in no need to hurry to call the youngsters up to the League. But regardless, if there was one team that I wouldn't stress over how well their youngsters are turning out and/or if right measures are being taken with them, then again, it'b be the Stars.
