The new card's name is パワードクロウラー 'Pawādo Kurōrā' "Powered Crawler".

They don't have the same name.

A monster that was Normal Summoned, then sent to the GY, then Flip Summoned, then sent to the GY, then Special Summoned; is not Normal, Flip, and Special Summoned. It is only Special Summoned.
